We use an oxidative thermo process instead of stamping in order to eliminate the recesses and niches, eliminating opportunities for particle or water retention. In addition, this also eliminates the risk of a paper label becoming foreign matter.
Oxidative thermo process markings are generated by using a laser which results in dark, high-contrast markings on a surface without material ablation. The use of ultrashort pulse lasers means that the heat-affected zone is extremely small, which does not affect the surface or cause a crevice. This process allows for various types of markings to be made, which remain easily legible, even after numerous cleanings and passivation cycles.
