Rocket Plate Hygienic 1/4 Inch x 1-1/2 Inch x 4 Inch 304 Plate with FDA Compliant Silicone Gasket

Rocket Plate and Rocket Plate assemblies are used to provide a gasketed (no need for caulking) means to secure conduit, process pipe and other equipment horizontally or vertically along, but off a wall surface. The plate utilizes two 5/16" mounting holes for secure connection to the wall surface and a center hole with 3/8-16" thread for connection of the bald or Rocket Rod. The size of the plate is specifically designed to fit the corrigated wall shape when installed vertically on an IMP wall. Rocket Plate and Rocket Plate Assemblies come with a factory installed blue, FDA compliant silicone compound gasket. The assemblies utilize 304 stainless bald rod with 2”or 4” stand off to provide space away from the wall for improved cleanability and in support of good hygienic design. Bald rod minimizes thread exposure and is secured in place using flange jam nuts, 2 are included when stand off version is ordered.
