All ROCKET RACK® U-Bolts are 304S and are manufactured to fit all ROCKET RACK® products with the least amount of exposed threads, virtually eliminating pathogen harborage points. All U-Bolts are supplied with one pair of Stainless Nyloc Flange nuts
ROCKET POSTS can be used to run conduit and process pipe vertically or horizontally when a trapeze or wall mount application are not an option. ROCKET RACK Post Mounts, made from 2″ Schedule 40 304S pipe, are sold individually. Post Mounts have a weld-sealed cap and mounting plate, (2″ Sch. 40 304S Butt Welded Cap and 4 x 6 x 1/4 304S Mounting Plate with four 9/16″ Mounting Holes.)
ROCKET ROD (available in Zinc-Plated or 304 Stainless Steel) is threaded rod with FDA-Certified PVC Encasement. ROCKET ROD is stocked in 3/8” – ¾” diameters in both 6’ & 12’ lengths. (1/4” x 6’ available in non-FDA- Certified Encasement) The proprietary manufacturing process ensures no wicking occurs once the necessary portion of the encasement is removed, resulting in no issues with delamination of the encasement. ROCKET ROD is perfect for food and beverage grade installations.

ROCKET RACK Post-Tented Rack for Post Mounts are fabricated with the slot in the peak of the angle, but with no mounting holes. It is welded to a 2" x 4" x 3/8" plate with holes perfectly spaced for use with a 2" Stainless U-Bolt (sold separately) and milled with a radius that fits the curvature of the post.
ROCKET PLATE and ROCKET PLATE assemblies are used to provide a method to secure conduit, process pipe and other equipment along, but off a wall surface. The factory fabricated assemblies are available with either 2” or 4” bald rod stand offs to provide space away from the wall for improved cleanability and in support of good hygienic design. Ideal for mounting to Insulated Metal Panel Wall (IMP).
